7. Processing of RFQs, Technical Inquiries and Procurement Projects
TIK – Experts GmbH operates internationally in the fields of industrial sourcing, procurement engineering, material supply and project support.
If you send us an inquiry, RFQ, technical specification, bill of materials or other project documentation, it may be necessary, in order to process your request, to share certain information with suitable manufacturers, suppliers, technical partners, logistics service providers or other business partners involved in quotation preparation or project execution.
Personal data is only shared to the extent necessary to process the respective inquiry.
The legal basis is generally Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, where such disclosure is necessary for pre-contractual measures or for the performance of a contract.
Where no direct contractual relationship exists, processing may be based on our legitimate interest in professionally handling procurement and project inquiries pursuant to Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
